Lesa Becker, PhD

Organizational Learning and Development Consultant
 
Dr. Becker began researching Information Overload in 2005 and published a her doctoral dissertation on The Impact of Organizational Information Overload on Leaders in 2009.
 
She holds a PhD in Education with an emphasis in Adult and Organizational Learning. Her masters degree is in Instructional and Performance Technology.  She works in the healthcare field and has 20 years of leadership experience in performance improvement, change management, organizational learning and development.

The Organizational Information Overload Consulting group was established in 2009.  We are based in Boise, Idaho and provide consulting services to individuals and organizations. We specialize in conducting organizational assessments of the way people manage the tasks they perform, the information they process, and the technology they use to accomplish organizational priorities.
